摘要
在厚煤层掘进巷道时常沿底掘进,导致巷道顶板上方留有一定厚度的顶煤,由于煤体的强度低于岩体,因此常会出现顶煤冒落甚至全部垮塌的现象,严重危害生产安全。本文以现场调研和数值模拟手段为切入点,详细调查常村煤矿2701皮带顺槽的地质情况,提出不同支护方案和预注浆技术,并进行数值模拟对比分析,最终得到“锚杆索+500 mm间距超前钢管”的掘进处置技术。经现场工业性试验后,顶板片冒现象基本不再发生,该方案有效控制了2701皮带顺槽的顶板变形,巷道得以快速安全掘进。
In thick coal seams,roadways are often excavated along the bottom,which results in a certain thickness of top coal remaining above the roof of the roadway.Due to the lower strength of the coal body than the rock mass,there is often a phenomenon of top coal caving or even collapse,seriously endangering production safety.This article took on-site research and numerical simulation methods as the starting point to conduct a detailed investigation of the geological conditions of the No.2701 belt roadway in Changcun Mine,and proposed different support schemes and pre grouting techniques for numerical simulation and comparative analysis.Finally,the excavation disposal technology of"anchor cable bolt+500mm spacing advanced steel pipe"was obtained.After on-site industrial tests,the phenomenon of roof caving basically no longer occurred.It effectively controlled the deformation of the roof along No.2701 belt roadway.The roadway could be quickly and safely excavated.
