掘进巷道大断面处冒顶施工工艺研究

摘要 掘进巷道大断面处冒顶是生产实践中的难题。针对麦垛山煤矿110205工作面机巷大断面处顶板岩性较软、冒顶范围较大的情况,提出了一套快速处理冒顶的方案。首先,对冒顶区域附近巷道的破碎顶板进行加强支护,以防止冒顶范围进一步扩大;然后,在冒顶区域施工木垛作为临时支护,确保施工过程的安全性。采用锚网支护,通过锚索梁悬吊木垛增强支护强度;进行架棚施工,形成稳定的支护结构;最后,通过喷浆和注浆加固,进一步提高顶板的整体稳定性。该施工方案安全、高效,有效防止了二次冒顶,显著提高了巷道的稳定性,取得了良好的支护效果。 Addressing roof falls in large cross-section driving roadways presents a significant challenge in production practices.In response to the roof lithology and roof fall conditions at the large cross-section of the machine roadway at the 110205 working face of Maiduoshan Coal Mine,a rapid treatment plan for roof falls was developed.The approach begins with reinforcing the support for the fractured roof in the vicinity of the roof fall area.Subsequently,a timber crib is constructed in the affected area to serve as temporary sup-port.Following the installation of bolt-mesh support,a construction scheme is implemented that includes sus-pending timber cribs using cable bolts and beams,setting up additional supports,and applying shotcrete and grouting reinforcement.This comprehensive strategy effectively manages the roof fall in the large cross-sec-tion,resulting in successful support outcomes.
