大科学时代大学多样化发展的价值演变、“小科学”困境与未来路径 被引量:4

Value Evolution,“Small Science”Dilemma and Future Development of University Diversification in the Era of Big Science

摘要 大科学时代的大学多样化发展是一个综合性议题,既涉及大科学时代的高等教育学知识体系重构,又涉及以高等教育分类管理支撑大学多样化发展的议题。基于此,置身大科学时代的科技创新模式变革,大学多样化呈现出自主知识体系导向、多学科交叉转向以及有组织生态路向的发展图景。大学多样化发展的图景由过去科学范式对当下及未来的持续构建演变而来,并实现了其从传统到现代、从边缘到中心、从本土到全球的多维转变。然而,由于大科学时代对“小科学”的路径依赖,大学多样化发展会受“小科学”惯习限制协同、“小科学”局限生产隔阂、“小科学”特性阻滞流动。因此,大学应与多元主体共筑政产学研协同机制、建立学科交叉研究中心,并在政府部门的引导下优化大学科学研究评价体系、构建全球大学协作网络,借此重构大科学时代大学多样化发展的有组织耦合生态。 The diversified development of universities in the era of Big Science is a comprehensive issue,involving both the restructuring of the higher education knowledge system in the context of Big Science and the support for university diversification through the classification and management of higher education.In this regard,under the transformation of technological innovation models in the Big Science era,the diversification of universities presents a developmental landscape characterized by an autonomous knowledge system orientation,a shift toward interdisciplinary collaboration,and an organized ecological approach.The current and future landscape of university diversification has evolved from the continuous construction of the scientific paradigm,achieving a multidimensional transformation from the traditional to the modern,from the periphery to the center,and from the local to the global.However,due to the path dependency of the Big Science era on“small science”,the diversified development of universities faces limitations imposed by the habitual constraints of“small science”collaboration,the barriers created by its limitations,and the stagnation caused by its characteristics.Therefore,universities should work with multiple stakeholders to build collaborative mechanisms for government-industry-academia-research coordination,establish interdisciplinary research centers,and optimize university research evaluation systems under the guidance of government departments.Additionally,they should construct global university cooperation networks to reconstruct the ecosystem of organized coupling for diversified university development in the era of Big Science.
