摘要
产业大学于20世纪兴起于美国,随后在全球迅速发展,经历了萌芽、建立与发展、多样化发展等阶段。产业大学基于“学习型组织”的办学理念,通过促进企业员工的知识技能增长来提升企业的竞争力。实践应用始终是产业大学的核心关注点。产业大学的外部办学模式包括企业独立办学、与传统大学合作办学以及“先独立后联合”的终身教育办学模式;内部办学模式包括学院制办学和项目制办学模式。在其发展进程中,科学技术的进步和工业需求的升级对产业大学提出了更高要求,产业大学面临着教学内容无法及时反映产业迅速变革需求的现实挑战。在未来的一个时期,产业大学的数量会不断增长,功能会不断拓展,教学内容将更加充实,教学对象范围将继续拓展,同时产业大学将更加注重教育与培训手段的信息化,加强与传统高等学校的合作。
The Industrial University rose in the United States in the 20th century,and then developed rapidly in the world.It has experienced the stages of germination,establishment and development,diversified development and so on.Based on the school running concept of“learning organization”,industrial university promotes the competitiveness of enterprises by promoting the growth of knowledge and skills of enterprise employees.Practical application has always been the core concern of the industrial university.The external school running modes of industrial universities include independent school running by enterprises,cooperative school running with traditional universities and lifelong education school running mode of“independence before union”.The internal school running mode includes college school running mode and project school running mode.In the process of its development,the progress of science and technology and the upgrading of industrial demand put forward higher requirements for industrial university.The industrial university is facing the practical challenge that the teaching content cannot reflect the needs of rapid industrial change in time.In the coming period,the number of industrial universities will continue to grow,the functions will continue to expand,the teaching content will be more enriched,and the scope of teaching objects will continue to expand.In the meantime,corporate universities will capitalize more on information technology to deliver learning,and cooperation with traditional higher education institutions.
