日粮中DDGS水平对奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化率及瘤胃发酵的影响

Effects of dietary DDGS levels on lactation performance,nutrient digestibility,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮中DDGS水平对奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化率及瘤胃发酵的影响。试验将60头胎次相同、产奶量接近的泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余3组饲喂等氮添加5%、10%、15%DDGS的试验日粮,每组15头。所有奶牛采用TMR饲养方式,试验为期45 d。结果表明:1)添加5%DDGS时,平均日产奶量、4%乳脂校正乳最高,料奶比最低,但与对照组无显著差异(P > 0.05);添加15%DDGS时,平均日产奶量、4%乳脂校正乳显著低于对照组、5%DDGS组(P<0.05),料奶比显著高于对照组、5%DDGS组(P<0.05)。2)添加15%DDGS时,干物质、粗蛋白质消化率显著低于对照组、5%DDGS组(P<0.05),随着日粮中DDGS水平提高,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维消化率呈上升趋势(0.05<P<0.10)。3)添加10%~15%DDGS时,瘤胃液pH值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、乙丙比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在不影响泌乳性能的前提下,DDGS的最大添加量为10%,添加5%DDGS时,奶牛泌乳性能最佳。 This study explored how varying levels of dietary DDGS influence lactation performance,nutrient digestibility,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows.Sixty mid~lactation Holstein cows with consistent parity and similar milk production were randomly allocated into four groups.The control group received a basal diet,while the other three groups consumed experimental diets supplemented with 5%,10%,and 15%DDGS at an equal nitrogen level,with 15 cows in each group.All cows were fed total mixed rations(TMR),and the experiment lasted for 45 days.The findings indicated that:1)At a 5%DDGS inclusion rate,the highest average daily milk yield and 4%fat~corrected milk were observed,along with the lowest feed~to~milk ratio.However,no significant differences were noted compared to the control group(P>0.05).Conversely,when 15%DDGS was included,both the average daily milk yield and 4%fat~corrected milk were significantly lower than those of the control group and the 5%DDGS group(P<0.05),and the feed~to~milk ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05).2)At a 15%DDGS inclusion rate,the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein was significantly reduced compared to the control group and the 5%DDGS group(P<0.05).As the DDGS level increased in the diet,the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber showed an upward trend(0.05<P<0.10).3)When 10%~15%DDGS was included,PH value of rumen fluid was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),whereas the total volatile fatty acids,acetic acid,and acetate~to~propionate ratio were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,without affecting lactation performance,the maximum addition amount of DDGS is 10%.When adding 5%DDGS,the lactation performance of cows is optimal.
