摘要
文章旨在研究杜仲提取物对奶牛生产性能、乳品质及抗氧化指标的影响。试验选择产奶量相近[(39.16±2.54k)g/d]的泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛84头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复7头。各组分别在基础日粮中添加0 mg/kg(对照组)、300、600、900 mg/kg杜仲提取物。预饲期7 d,正试期56 d。结果显示:与对照组(添加0 mg/kg杜仲提取物)相比,1)添加600、900 mg/kg杜仲提取物,平均日产奶量显著提高9.79%(P<0.05)、9.56%(P<0.05),料奶比显著降低7.14%(P<0.05)、7.14%(P<0.05)。2)添加600 mg/kg杜仲提取物,乳蛋白率显著提高7.21%(P<0.05);添加900 mg/kg杜仲提取物,乳蛋白率显著提高8.15%(P<0.05)。不同添加量杜仲提取物均显著降低了体细胞数(P<0.05)。3)添加900 mg/kg杜仲提取物,过氧化氢酶活性显著提高26.32%(P<0.05)。不同添加量杜仲提取物均显著提高总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著降低丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在奶牛基础日粮中添加杜仲提取物,能提高生产性能,改善乳品质和抗氧化能力。在本试验中,杜仲提取物的建议添加量为600 mg/kg。
The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides extract on production performance,milk quality,and antioxidant indices of dairy cows.84 mid lactation Holstein cows with similar milk production(39.16±2.54kg/d)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 7 cows in each replicate.The groups received Eucommia ulmoides extract at concentrations of 0 mg/kg(control group),300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg,and 900 mg/kg,respectively,added to their basal diet.The pre-trial period is 7 days,and the main trial period is 56 days.Results:Compared to the control group,1)supplementation with 600 mg/kg of Eucommia ulmoides extract significantly increased daily milk yield by 9.79%(P<0.05)and decreased the feed-to-milk ratio by 7.14%(P<0.05);similarly,900 mg/kg supplementation increased daily milk yield by 9.56%(P<0.05)and reduced the feed-to-milk ratio by 7.14%(P<0.05).2)Supplementation with 600 mg/kg significantly elevated the milk protein content by 7.21%(P<0.05),while 900 mg/kg increased it by 8.15%(P<0.05).All tested levels of Eucommia ulmoides extract significantly lowered somatic cell counts(P<0.05).3)Supplementation with 900 mg/kg significantly enhanced catalase activity by 26.32%(P<0.05).Furthermore,all tested levels of Eucommia ulmoides extract significantly improved total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05)and reduced malondialdehyde levels(P<0.05).In conclusion,incorporating Eucommia ulmoides extract into the diet of dairy cows can enhance production performance,improve milk quality,and boost antioxidant capacity.Based on this experiment,the recommended dosage of Eucommia ulmoides extract is 600 mg/kg.
