摘要
文章旨在探究黑麦草对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择均重(579.81±32.73)kg的肉用安格斯阉公牛72头,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复3头,分别饲喂黑麦草添加量分别为0%、6%、12%、18%的全混合TMR日粮,预饲期14 d,正试期80 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加12%和18%的黑麦草显著提高肉牛末重、日增重(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05),与添加6%的黑麦草组相比,添加12%和18%的黑麦草组肉牛末重显著提高、日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);12%和18%的黑麦草组干物质、中性洗涤纤维消化率较0%和6%的黑麦草组显著提高(P<0.05),18%的黑麦草组粗蛋白消化率较0%~12%的黑麦草组显著提高(P<0.05),6%~18%的黑麦草组酸性洗涤纤维消化率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);血清生化指标显示,12%和18%的黑麦草组总蛋白(TP)含量较0%和6%的黑麦草组显著提高(P<0.05),血尿素氮(BUN)和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),18%的黑麦草组白蛋白(Alb)含量较0%~12%的黑麦草组显著提高(P<0.05),6%~18%的黑麦草组非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。添加黑麦草(18%)可改善肉牛血清生化指标、促进养分吸收,最终提高肉牛生长性能。
The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of ryegrass on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical indicators of beef cattle.72 meat Angus castrated bulls(579.81±32.73 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 3 bulls per replicate.They were fed TMR diet containing 0%,6%,12%,and 18%ryegrass,respectively.The pre-trial period was 14 days and the trial period was 80 days.Growth performance indicators showed that compared with the control group,the addition of 12%and 18%ryegrass significantly increased the final weight and daily gain of beef cattle(P<0.05),significantly decreased the feed weight ratio(P<0.05),and compared with the 6%ryegrass group,the final weight,daily gain and daily weight of beef cattle in the 12%and 18%ryegrass groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The dry matter and neutral detergent fiber digestibility of the 12%and 18%ryegrass groups were significantly higher than those of the 0%and 6%ryegrass groups(P<0.05).The crude protein digestibility of the 18%ryegrass group was significantly higher than that of the 0%to 12%ryegrass group(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber digestibility of the 6%to 18%ryegrass group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Serum biochemical indicators showed that the TP content in the 12%and 18%ryegrass groups was significantly increased compared to the 0%and 6%ryegrass groups(P<0.05),while the BUN and MDA content were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The Alb content in the 18%ryegrass group was significantly increased compared to the 0%to 12%ryegrass group(P<0.05),and the NEFA content in the 6%to 18%ryegrass group was significantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).To sum up,feeding ryegrass(18%)can improve serum biochemical indicators,promote nutrient absorption,and ultimately enhance the growth performance of beef cattle.
