摘要
自力式压差调节阀是氢冷汽轮发电机密封油系统中压力调节的关键设备,其性能直接影响发电机组的安全可靠运行。本文对自力式压差调节阀整体结构、工作原理进行分析及优化,将上、下阀座、阀芯密封面贴合尺寸设计为完全相同,确保密封面不平衡力被完全抵消,且阀芯动作过程中具有更小的不平衡力;采用浮动式阀芯结构,在上、下阀芯间设置蝶形弹簧,实现轴向微量补偿;利用阀瓣与阀杆间的O型圈实现周向微量补偿和密封。优化后的压差调节阀具有密封泄漏等级高、加工难度低、不受温差影响及维修方便等特点。本研究为自力式压差调节阀的设计提供了一定的参考。
The self-operated differential pressure regulating valve is the key equipment for pressure regulation in the sealing oil system of hydrogen-cooled turbogenerator,and its performance directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the generator set.In this paper,the overall structure and work-ing principle of the self-operated differential pressure regulating valve are analyzed and optimized.The upper and lower valve seats and the sealing surface of the valve core are designed to be exactly the same,so as to ensure that the unbalanced force of the sealing surface is completely offset,and the valve core has a smaller unbalanced force in the process of action.The floating valve core structure is adopted,and the butterfly spring is set between the upper and lower valve cores to realize the axial mi-cro compensation.The O-ring between the valve disc and the valve stem is used to achieve circumfer-ential micro-compensation and sealing.The optimized differential pressure regulating valve has the characteristics of high sealing leakage level,low processing difficulty,not affected by temperature difference and convenient maintenance.This study provides a certain reference for the design of self-operated differential pressure regulating valve.
