摘要
发电机运行过程中对氢气纯度有着较高要求。但是,发电机可能由于各种原因出现氢气纯度快速下降的问题。为此,首先阐述发电机氢气系统的工作原理,其次分析发电机氢气纯度快速下降的原因,最后提出针对性的对策,包括优化密封油系统、规范氢气置换操作、加强设备密封与检测、加强氢气干燥装置的维护等,以期为相关从业人员提供参考和借鉴。
There are relatively high requirements for the purity of hydrogen during the operation of the generator.However,the generator may experience a rapid decline in hydrogen purity for various reasons.To this end,firstly,the working principle of the hydrogen system of the generator is expounded.Secondly,the reasons for the rapid decline in the purity of hydrogen in the generator are analyzed.Finally,targeted countermeasures are proposed,including optimizing the sealing oil system,standardizing the hydrogen replacement operation,strengthening the sealing and detection of the equipment,and strengthening the maintenance of the hydrogen drying device,etc.,in order to provide reference and guidance for relevant practitioners.
