摘要
系统分析了发电机氢冷系统的组成、结构特点与工作原理,研究了发电机氢冷系统的泄漏机制,针对轴端密封、法兰连接处、管道及阀门、氢气冷却器和发电机机壳等部位的泄漏特征,提出了具有针对性的应对措施,旨在为氢冷系统安全、稳定运行提供技术保障。
This paper systematically analyzes the composition,structural characteristics and working principles of generator hydrogen cooling system,studies the leakage mechanisms of generator hydrogen cooling system,and proposes targeted countermeasures based on the leakage characteristics at locations such as shaft end seals,flange connections,pipelines and valves,hydrogen coolers and generator casings,aiming at providing technical guarantee for the safe and stable operation of hydrogen cooling system.
