摘要
目的了解云南省某高职院校部分大学生幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染率及相关影响因素,为大学生人群幽门螺杆菌感染的预防控制提供参考依据。方法选取云南某高职院校2024年1月至2024年4月在校大学生446名,进行口腔幽门螺杆菌感染检测,同时进行相关影响因素在线问卷调查,在单因素分析比较的基础上,采用多因素Logistic回归分析模型获得影响大学生幽门螺杆菌感染的相关危险因素。结果446名大学生中Hp感染检测阳性者135人,Hp感染率为30.27%。其中,男生感染率与女生感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);农村学生感染率与城市学生感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);汉族感染率与少数民族感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单因素及多因素回归分析结果显示存在消化系统相关症状、存在口腔及牙齿相关症状、无洁牙习惯、个人饮食习惯、仅餐前便后的洗手习惯、聚餐时不使用公筷共6项影响因素为Hp感染的独立影响因素。结论大学生幽门螺杆菌感染与口腔症状、胃肠道症状存在相关性,并与是否具有良好的生活方式、健康的卫生习惯密切相关,提示了在大学生人群中进行幽门螺杆菌感染检测及健康指导的必要性。
Objective To investigate the infection rate and related influencing factors of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)among some college students in a higher vocational college in Yunnan Province,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of Helicobacter pylori infection among college students.Methods A total of 446 patients with oral Helicobacter pylori infection detection from college students in a higher vocational college in Yunnan Province from January 2024 to April 2024 were selected.and online questionnaire survey on related influencing factors.On the basis of single factor analysis and comparison,Logistic multifactor regression analysis model was used to obtain related risk factors of Helicobacter pylori infection in college students.Results Among 446 college students,135 were positive for Hp infection,and the Hp infection rate was 30.27%.Among them,the infection rate of male students and female students had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The infection rate of rural students and urban students had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The infection rate of Han nationality and ethnic groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The results of univariate and multivariate regression analysis showed that the presence of digestive system related symptoms,oral and dental related symptoms,unclean dental habits,spicy eating habits,just the handwashing habit before meals and after using the toilet,and not using serving chopsticks at dinner were the independent influencing factors of Hp infection.Conclusions Helicobacter pylori infection in college students is related to oral symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms,and is closely related to whether they have a good lifestyle and healthy hygiene habits,suggesting the necessity of detection and health guidance for Helicobacter pylori infection in college students.
