摘要
目的探讨思维导图结合案例为基础的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)对眼科实习生综合能力的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月吉林大学白求恩第二医院眼科的31名实习生作为对照组,采用传统带教模式。另将2023年1—12月本院眼科的31名实习生作为研究组,采用思维导图结合CBL教学模式。对比两组考核成绩、综合能力、对教学质量的评价情况。结果研究组理论知识、操作技能、病例分析、病历书写得分分别为(93.65±1.27)分、(90.37±2.65)分、(91.37±2.42)分、(92.16±1.76)分,均高于对照组的(89.23±2.18)分、(87.70±3.58)分、(86.62±2.39)分、(88.54±1.97)分,与差异有统计学意义(t=9.754,3.338,7.776,7.630;P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组综合能力评分、对教学质量的评价均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论思维导图结合CBL教学模式对于提升眼科实习生的考核成绩以及综合能力具有较好的效果,同时也可提高实习生对于教学质量的评价。
Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping combined with CBL teaching mode on the comprehensive ability of ophthalmology interns.Methods Thirty-one Norman Bethune Second Hospital of Jilin University ophthalmic interns from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group and adopted traditional mentoring mode.Another thirty-one ophthalmic interns from January to December 2023 were selected as the research group,using a mind map combined with CBL teaching mode.The assessment results,comprehensive ability and evaluation of teaching quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,case analysis,and case writing scores of the research group were 93.65±1.27,90.37±2.65,91.37±2.42,and 92.16±1.76,respectively,higher than 89.23±2.18,87.70±3.58,86.62±2.39,and 88.54±1.97 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.754,3.338,7.776,7.630;all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the research group had higher comprehensive ability scores and evaluations of teaching quality,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with CBL teaching mode has a good effect on improving the evaluation performance and comprehensive ability of ophthalmology interns,and can also improve the evaluation of teaching quality of interns.
