摘要
多媒体教学和CBL教学模式在高等医学教育中得到广泛的重视,但主要应用于临床课程的教学中。病理生理学是连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程,多媒体与CBL相结合的教学模式在病理生理学教学中的应用将发挥非常重要的作用。多媒体技术可增加课堂信息量,节约时间,使教学内容生动形象;CBL教学则可以激发学生的学习热情和求知欲望,使学生分析问题和解决问题能力等综合素质得到提高,二者有利的结合可以使枯燥的教学内容变得生动,从而达到理想的教学效果。
Multimedia teaching and CBL teaching mode have attracted the extensive attention in current higher medical education, but they mainly have apphed to clinical teaching practice. Patho-physiology is a bridge class connecting preclinical medicine and clinical medicine, and application of multimedia teaching combined with CBL mode in pathophysiology teaching practice will bring significant effect. Multimedia tech- nology can add amount of information, save time, make teaching lively and imaginable; CBL teaching fully arouses students' learning enthusiasm and appetite for learning, and their comprehensive diathesis, such as ability of analyzing and solving problems. Both combined make dull contents more interesting, thus improving the quality of teaching practice.
