摘要
随着食品安全检测需求的日益增长,食品实验室的安全管理成为保障检测质量与人员健康的核心环节。本文梳理了食品实验室在化学试剂存储、仪器设备维护、人员安全素养及环境控制等方面存在的安全隐患,并提出针对性的防控策略,以提升实验室风险应对能力,为食品安全检测工作提供安全保障。
With the increasing demand for food safety testing,the safety management of food laboratories has become a core link to ensure the quality of testing and the health of personnel.This article sorts out the potential safety hazards existing in food laboratories in aspects such as the storage of chemical reagents,the maintenance of instruments and equipment,the safety literacy of personnel,and environmental control,and proposes targeted prevention and control strategies to enhance the risk response capabilities of laboratories and provide safety guarantees for food safety testing work.
