摘要
随着公立医院医药卫生体制改革的推进,如何提高医院试剂和耗材管理效率是许多医院管理者重点关注的问题。驻马店市中心医院于2021年上半年启动SPD(Supply, Processing, Distribution)供应链模式建设,经过三年多的运营管理与优化,有效提升了医院试剂和耗材购销存环节精细化管理水平。文章分析了医院试剂和耗材在前期管理中遇到的问题,介绍了耗材SPD管理模式运营情况,总结了在体外诊断试剂、寄售类高值耗材、骨科类耗材管理中推行SPD模式的经验,为医院管理者提供参考。
With the advance of the reform of public hospital medical system,how to improve the efficiency of hospital reagents and consumables management is the focus of many hospital managers.Zhumadian Central Hospital started the construction of SPD supply chain mode in the first half of 2021,and after more than three years of operation management and optimization,it effectively improved the fine management level of the hospital's reagents and consumables purchase,sale and storage.This paper analyzed the problems encountered in the early management of hospital reagents and consumables,introduced the operation characteristics of SPD management mode of consumables,and summarized the experience of implementing SPD management mode of in vitro diagnostic reagents,high-value consignment consumables and orthopedic consumables,so as to provide reference for hospital managers.
