摘要 为保障食品安全、规范食品添加剂的合理使用,本文分析了高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)在食品添加剂检测中的应用以及相应的质量控制策略。HPLC在防腐剂、抗氧化剂、甜味剂等食品添加剂检测中发挥着重要作用,但检测过程需重视质量控制,应持续规范HPLC技术应用时的样品前处理、仪器设备维护以及检测流程等环节,以提升食品添加剂检测的准确性,维护消费者健康权益。 In order to ensure food safety and regulate the proper use of food additives,this paper analyzes the application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in the detection of food additives and the corresponding quality control strategies.HPLC plays a crucial role in detecting food additives such as preservatives,antioxidants,and sweeteners.However,it is essential to focus on quality control during the detection process.Continuous standardization of sample preparation,instrument maintenance,and detection procedures is necessary to improve the accuracy of food additive testing and protect consumer health.
