底漆检测用铁蓝的成分分析和鉴定

摘要 针对国内市场上铁蓝(主要为铵铁蓝)产品存在成分混乱、标准执行偏差等现象,导致抗泛碱性测试结果不可靠的问题,系统研究了铵铁蓝的合成机理、国际标准检测方法,并通过热失重(TGA)、红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等微观分析技术,揭示了不同来源铵铁蓝的成分差异。研究表明,尽管外观相似,部分市售铵铁蓝存在结构缺陷,可能影响抗泛碱性测试结果准确性。提出的碱分解实验与热失重联用方法,可为建筑底漆检测用铵铁蓝的原料验收提供科学依据,具有工程应用价值。 The problems are starting to surface,such as ingredient confusion and standard deviation in the domestic market of iron blue products(mainly ammonium iron blue),which resulted in unreliable results of alkali resistance testing.This paper systematically studies the synthesis mechanism,and international standard detection methods of ammonium iron blue.It also reveals the compositional differences of ammonium iron blue from different sources through several microscopic analysis techniques,such as thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Research has shown that although the appearance is similar,some ammonium iron blue on the market has structural defects which might affect the accuracy of alkali resistance test results.The alkaline decomposition experiment and thermogravimetric analysis method proposed in this article can provide a scientific basis for the raw material acceptance of ammonium iron blue in building primer detection,and have important engineering application value.
