摘要
原生质体是通过化学方法和机械手段除去细胞壁后的裸露细胞,具有细胞全能性。原生质体为遗传基础研究提供重要材料,同时作为转基因受体为分子育种提供极大便利。原生质体制备及培养是植物细胞快速增殖的重要技术手段,也是植物繁殖和再生的重要途径。目前,随着生物技术和组学技术的不断发展,对各类植物细胞生长和发育机制的研究逐渐深入,其机理也趋于明确。本研究总结了原生质体再生过程及其涉及的调控机制,从分子水平阐述了细胞壁再生、细胞分裂分化及体细胞胚发育的部分机制,以期为植物原生质体培养及再生效率的提高提供理论基础。
Protoplasts are exposed cells after removing the cell wall by chemical and mechanical means,and have cell totipotency.Protoplasts provid e important materials for basic genetic research,and as transgenic receptors,they provide great convenience for molecular breeding.Protoplast preparation and culture is not only an important technical means of rapid proliferation of plant cells,but also an important way of plant reproduction and regeneration.At present,with the continuous development of biotechnology and omics technology,the research on the mechanism of cell growth and development of various plants is gradually in-depth,and its mechanism tends to be clear.This study comprehensively discusses the process of protoplast regeneration and its regulatory mechanism,and expounds some mechanisms of cell wall regeneration,cell division and differentiation and somatic embryo development at the molecular level,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of plant protoplast culture and regeneration.
