摘要
综述了辣椒离体培养和遗传转化的研究进展。通过幼苗外植体培养、原生质体培养和花药培养三条途径建立辣椒离体再生系统。通过根癌农杆菌的Ti质粒和电激法,成功地介导子叶和原生质作进行遗传转化,获得转基因植株。还讨论了辣椒离休培养和遗传转化中存在的主要问题。
Studies on in vitro studies and genetic transfermation in pepper were revlewed. Regeneration system in vitro has been established by numerous laboratories vial seedling explant organogenesis, protoplast culture and anther culture. Transgeneic plants have been obtained when using Agrobacterium trmefaciens as a vector and electroporation. Some problems are also discussed in this paper.
