摘要
产教融合“五链衔接”人才培养模式是我国高等职业教育人才培养改革的积极探索,其以产业链需求为导向,构建动态化专业调整机制;以人才链为核心,打造“岗课赛证”融通培养体系;以创新链为驱动,深化校企协同技术研发与成果转化;以科技链为支撑,推进数字化、智能化教学改革;以教育链为基础,构建“政行企校”多元协同育人生态。根据这一方向,高职院校应打通教育链,构建一体化的职业教育体系;理顺人才链,强化多元协同育人机制;链接创新链,促进产学研用深度融合;服务产业链,精准对接产业发展需求;对接科技链,推进数字化职业教育建设。
The"Five Chain Connection"talent cultivation model of industry education integration has pointed out the direction for the reform of talent cultivation in higher vocational education in China.It should be guided by the needs of the industry chain,constructing a dynamic professional adjustment mechanism;it centers on the talent chain,establishing an integrated"post-course-competition-certificate"cultivation system;it is driven by the innovation chain,deepening school-enterprise collaboration in technological research and development and achievement transformation;it is supported by the technology chain,promoting digital and intelligent teaching reforms;and it is based on the education chain,building a"government,industry,enterprise,and school"multi-dimensional collaborative education ecosystem.According to this direction,vocational colleges should connect the education chain,build an integrated vocational education system,streamline the talent chain,strengthen diversified collaborative education mechanisms,link innovation chains,promote deep integration of industry,academia,research and application,serve the industrial chain,accurately connect with industrial development needs,connect with the science and technology chain,and promote the construction of digital vocational education.
