摘要
在“双碳”目标背景下,塑料制品行业同时面临绿色转型与管理重构。本文以系统管理视角构建“战略目标、管理流程、组织结构、绩效机制”四维框架,解析低碳战略对企业组织管理模式的作用机理与变革路径。
Under the background of the"dual carbon"goals,the plastic products industry is simultaneously confronted with green transformation and management restructuring.This paper constructs a four-dimensional framework of"strategic goals,management processes,organizational structures,and performance mechanisms,from the perspective of systems management,and analyzes the mechanism of the low-carbon strategy's impact on the enterprise's organizational management model and the transformation routes.
