三氧化二砷灌装与仓储系统的智能化设计与应用研究

摘要 在当前工业快速发展的背景下,数字化与信息化已成为产业升级的必然趋势。构建高效的数字化制造平台、提升智能制造水平,是推动传统制造业转型升级、实现高端制造跨越式发展的关键路径和现实选择。针对三氧化二砷产线中存在的诸多问题(如工作量大、生产效率低、安全隐患多、产品质量难以保障、仓储利用率不高等),引入智能产线信息系统,以替代原有的人工作业模式。该系统具备库存监控、流程管理、安全控制等功能,可与生产设备深度集成,实现人机隔离、自动报警、智能调度等目标。通过该系统的应用,不仅有效提升了灌装作业的安全性和生产效率,还对保障产品质量、优化仓储资源配置、助力管理决策等方面起到了积极推动作用,为三氧化二砷生产线的智能化升级提供了有力支撑。 Against the backdrop of rapid industrial development,digitization and informatization have become an inevitable trend for industrial upgrading.Building an efficient digital manufacturing platform and improving the level of intelligent manufacturing are key paths and practical choices for promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries and achieving leapfrog development in high-end manufacturing.In response to the many problems existing in the arsenic trioxide production line,such as large workload,low production efficiency,multiple safety hazards,difficulty in ensuring product quality,and low warehouse utilization,an intelligent production line information system is introduced to replace the original manual operation mode.The system has functions such as inventory monitoring,process management,and safety control,and can be deeply integrated with production equipment to achieve goals such as human-machine isolation,automatic alarm,and intelligent scheduling.Through the application of this system,not only has the safety and production efficiency of filling operations been effectively improved,but it has also played a positive role in ensuring product quality,optimizing warehouse resource allocation,and assisting management decision-making,providing strong support for the intelligent upgrade of arsenic trioxide production lines.
