摘要
针对煤矿巷道煤泥人工清挖存在效率较低、劳动强度大、清泥作业危险系数较高等问题,通过对巷道煤泥清理装置进行研究,提出了一种煤泥脱水叠螺装置实现固液分离,对煤泥清理装置结构进行设计,采用重力脱水与螺旋挤压组合对输送到的煤泥进行浓缩和脱水,采用有限元分析法对清理装置关键部件进行静力学分析,并对固液分离特性进行研究。结果表明,螺片螺距为130 mm时的工作效率达到最大值为38.5%。经在山西某煤矿井下现场应用后表明,巷道煤泥新型清理装置可对煤泥进行高效固液分离,大大降低工人劳动强度,固液分离效果较好,取得了满意的应用效果。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labour intensity and high risk coefficient of clearing operation in coal mine roadway coal slurry manual clearing,a coal slurry dewatering stacked-screw device is proposed to realize solid-liquid separation through the research of roadway coal slurry clearing device,the structure of coal slurry clearing device is designed,and the combination of gravity dewatering and screw extrusion is adopted to thicken and dewater the coal slurry conveyed to it,and the key components of the clearing device are static-mechanical analysis and solid-liquid separation is investigated by the method of finite-element analysis.Finite element analysis method is used to analyse the key components of the cleaning device for static analysis,and the solid-liquid separation characteristics are studied,and the results show that the efficiency reaches a maximum value of 38.5%when the pitch of the screw piece is 130 mm.After the application in the underground field of a coal mine in Shanxi,it is shown that the new roadway coal slurry cleaning device can carry out efficient solid-liquid separation of coal slurry,greatly reduce the labour intensity of workers,and the solid-liquid separation effect is better,and it has achieved satisfactory application results.
