摘要
煤炭开采利用过程中的环境污染与资源浪费问题日益严峻,传统清洁技术已难以满足当前的能源与环保新要求。本文聚焦中国煤炭洗选技术发展现状,深入剖析了重介质、浮选、磁选及干法洗选等关键技术领域存在的技术瓶颈,并揭示当前行业面临的设备工艺落后、效率低下、资源浪费、环境污染和智能化水平不足等核心问题。比较研究各洗选工艺,为洗煤企业实现“低碳目标”提出针对性的技术改造方向,为中国煤炭行业可持续发展与“双碳”目标实现提供对策建议。
The problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by coal mining and utilization have become increasingly prominent,and traditional clean technologies are no longer able to meet the current new requirements for energy and environmental protection.This article focuses on the current development status of coal washing and selection technology in China,deeply analyzes the technical bottlenecks existing in key technical fields such as heavy medium,flotation,magnetic separation and dry washing and selection,and reveals the core problems currently faced by the industry,such as backward equipment and process,low efficiency,resource waste,environmental pollution and insufficient intelligence level.On this basis,through comparative studies of various washing and selection processes,targeted technological transformation directions were proposed for coal washing enterprises to achieve the"low-carbon goal",and countermeasures and suggestions were provided for the sustainable development of China's coal industry and the realization of the"dual carbon"goals.
