摘要
邢台矿选煤厂现有A、B两套选煤系统,分别采用两套不同的粗精煤泥回收工艺,即振动弧形筛+煤泥离心机组合与水力分级旋流器+振动弧形筛+煤泥离心机组合。文章通过试验分析,对比了这两种工艺的回收效果,试验结果表明,在入料性质相近的情况下,前者粗精煤泥的降灰效果更好,且产率更高。
There are tow separation systems A and B existed in Xingtai coal preparation plant, that one system is vibration bend screen + slime centrifuge and other is hydro - sizing cyclone + vibration bend screen + slime centrifuge. Based on the test, the paper analyzed and compared the separation result of two processes. The test resuh: shows that under the same property of feed, for the ash reduction of coarse slime, the system A is batter than system B.
