摘要
邢台矿选煤厂现有A、B两套选煤系统,分别采用两套不同的粗精煤泥回收工艺,即振动弧形筛+煤泥离心机组合与水力分级旋流器+振动弧形筛+煤泥离心机组合。文章通过试验分析,对比了这两种工艺的回收效果,试验结果表明,在入料性质相近的情况下,前者粗精煤泥的降灰效果更好,且产率更高。
There are tow separation systems A and B existed in Xingtai coal preparation plant, that one system is vibration bend screen ＋ slime centrifuge and other is hydro - sizing cyclone ＋ vibration bend screen ＋ slime centrifuge. Based on the test, the paper analyzed and compared the separation result of two processes. The test resuh： shows that under the same property of feed, for the ash reduction of coarse slime, the system A is batter than system B.
