新疆甜菜田旋幽夜蛾的防治药剂筛选及抗药性水平评价

Insecticide Screening and Evaluation of Resistance Levels to Several Insecticides of Discestra trifolii in Xinjiang Beet Fields

摘要 为筛选防治旋幽夜蛾效果较好的杀虫剂并评价其对几种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,指导甜菜田旋幽夜蛾防控的合理用药。室内测定了16种商品药剂对旋幽夜蛾1龄、3龄和5龄幼虫的药效,并选择室内杀虫效果较好的杀虫剂进行田间药效试验;通过浸叶法测定4种杀虫剂对旋幽夜蛾室内种群和田间种群的毒力,评价抗性水平。结果表明:所有杀虫剂对1龄幼虫72 h后的校正死亡率均在85%以上。与1龄幼虫相比,部分药剂对3龄幼虫的药效有所下降。对旋幽夜蛾5龄幼虫的室内药效结果显示,包括45%毒死蜱乳油、12%甲维·虫螨腈悬浮剂在内的7种药剂对5龄幼虫的校正死亡率均高于90%。室内杀虫效果较好的7种杀虫剂在田间对旋幽夜蛾幼虫均有较好的防治效果。旋幽夜蛾新疆昌吉种群、阿勒泰种群对高效氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺4种杀虫剂的抗性均表现为敏感水平;旋幽夜蛾新疆库尔勒种群对高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯虫苯甲酰胺的抗性表现为敏感水平,对毒死蜱、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐两种杀虫剂的抗性表现为低等抗性。大部分杀虫剂对旋幽夜蛾低龄幼虫有较高的致死率,可根据不同龄期、不同种群数量、不同抗性水平科学合理选择杀虫剂。 To screen highly effective insecticides for controlling Discestra trifolii,and to evaluate its resistance levels to several commonly used insecticides,and to provide guidance for rational application of insecticides in beet fields,laboratory assays were conducted to determine the efficacy of 16 commercial insecticides on the 1st,3rd,and 5th instar larvae of Discestra trifolii.Insecticides with better laboratory efficacy were selected for the field efficacy test.The resistance levels of laboratory and field populations to four insecticides were evaluated using the leaf-dipping method.The results showed that all insecticides achieved corrected mortality rates above 85%against 1st instar larvae after 72 hours.For 3rd instar larvae,the efficacy of some insecticides decreased compared with the 1st instar larvae.Laboratory efficacy tests on 5th instar larvae showed that seven insecticides,including chlorpyrifos(45%EC)and emamectin benzoate–chlorfenapyr(12%SC),achieved corrected mortality rates exceeding 90%.These seven insecticides also demonstrated high field efficacy.Populations of D.trifolii from Changji and Altay were sensitive to lambda-cyhalothrin,chlorpyrifos,emamectin benzoate,and chlorantraniliprole.The Korla population was sensitive to lambda-cyhalothrin and chlorantraniliprole,but exhibited low resistance to chlorpyrifos and emamectin benzoate.Most insecticides exhibited high lethality against the young instar larvae of Discestra trifolii.Therefore,the insecticides can be selected scientifically and reasonably according to different instars,different population density and resistance levels.
