摘要
[目的]探究新型复配制剂30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂在甘蓝上应用后的残留行为,并评估其膳食摄入风险。[方法]采用乙腈提取待测农药(氯虫苯甲酰胺、虫螨腈、溴代吡咯腈),经除水、离心和过滤后,由液质联用色谱仪进行检测。研究该复配农药在甘蓝田中的残留变化,并对一般人群的膳食风险做出了初步评价。[结果]氯虫苯甲酰胺、虫螨腈和溴代吡咯腈在甘蓝中的平均回收率在88%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(RSDs)≤5.7%。2种化合物的定量限(LOQs)均为0.02 mg/kg。在推荐的安全间隔期(PHI,14 d)采摘的甘蓝中氯虫苯甲酰胺和虫螨腈的最终残留量(HR)分别为0.18、0.58 mg/kg,均低于其在甘蓝中最大残留限量(MRL)。在采收间隔期为14 d和21 d时,氯虫苯甲酰胺和虫螨腈的NEDI仅为ADI的0.02%~5.7%,膳食风险可接受。[结论]试验结果为30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂在甘蓝上的安全使用提供了数据支持。
[Aims]The aim is to explore the residual behavior of chlorantraniliprole·chlorfenapyr 30%SC on cabbage,and assess their risk of dietary intake.[Methods]Acetonitrile was used to extract the active ingredients of pesticides(chlorantraniliprole,chlorfenapyr and tralopyril),after water removal,centrifugation and filtration,the extract was detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The residual dynamics of the combined pesticide in the cabbage field was study,and the dietary risk to the general population was preliminarily evaluated.[Results]The average recovery of chlorantraniliprole,chlorfenapyr and tralopyril in cabbage was between 88%and 105%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were≤5.7%.The limits of quantification(LOQs)for both compounds were 0.02 mg/kg.The final residue(HR)of chlorantraniliprole and chlorfenapyr with the recommended pre-harvest interval(PHI,14 d)were 0.18 and 0.58 mg/kg,respectively,both lower than the maximum residue limit(MRL)in cabbage.When intervals to harvest was 14 and 21 d,the NEDI of chlorantraniliprole and chlorfenapyr was only 0.02% to 5.7% of ADI,indicating an acceptable dietary risk.[Conclusions]The test results provide data support for the safe use of chlorantraniliprole·chlorfenapyr 30%SC on cabbage.
