摘要
在污水处理中,污泥作为关键副产物,其妥善处理与处置对于维护环境健康及推动可持续发展具有至关重要的作用。介绍深度脱水与干化单元协同技术的基本原理,分析该技术在处理效果、能耗等方面的优势。结果表明,2个单元的协同作用能够有效降低污泥的含水率,提高其热值和焚烧效率。深度脱水与干化单元协同技术有助于实现污泥的无害化、减量化和资源化,大幅降低焚烧过程的污染物排放,具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的推广价值。
In sewage treatment,sludge,as a key byproduct,plays a crucial role in maintaining environmental health and promoting sustainable development through proper treatment and disposal.The basic principles of collaborative technology is introduced between deep dehydration and drying units,and the advantages of this technology are analyzed in terms oftreatment efficiency,energy consumption,and other aspects.The results indicate that the synergistic fect of the two units can effectively reduce the moisture content of sludge,improve its calorific value and incineration efficiency.The collaborative technology of deep dehydration and drying units helps to achieve harmless,reduced,and resourceful treatment of sludge,significantly reducing pollutant emissions during incineration processes,and has broad application prospects and enormous promotion value.
