摘要
本试验以生产的养殖池作为参照(A组),以采用15 d的换水周期并往水体中添加不同浓度(分别为101 pfu/mL、103 pfu/mL、105 pfu/mL和107 pfu/mL)的蛭弧菌的养殖池为蛭弧菌添加组(分别为B组、C组、D组和E组),以溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力为判据,确定蛭弧菌对九孔鲍非特异性免疫力的影响;用嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)对各组饲喂5个月后的九孔鲍进行攻毒实验,测定存活率,以确定蛭弧菌对九孔鲍抗病力的影响。结果表明,蛭弧菌添加组中九孔鲍的SOD活力、溶菌酶活力、ACP和AKP活力均显著的高于生产组,而蛭弧菌在水体中浓度的升高,九孔鲍的SOD活力、溶菌酶活力、ACP和AKP活力均呈上升趋势。攻毒实验结果显示,生产组九孔鲍的存活率最低,仅为53%,而蛭弧菌添加组九孔鲍的存活率均达到89%以上。
For the sake of determining the effects of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism on the non-specific response of Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis,the abalone were bred in the ponds adding different concentrations(101 pfu/mL,103 pfu/mL,105 pfu/mL and 107 pfu/mL,respectively) of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism and combining 15 d water exchange cycle,as groups of adding Bdellovibrio-and-like organism(B group,C group,D group and E group,respectively).The ponds of production(A group) were used as reference.Then,determination was carried out on SOD activity,lysozyme activity,acid phosphatase(ACP) activity and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity.Besides,the abalone were injected peritoneally with Aeromonas hydrophila after fed 5 months for determine the effect of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism on the disease resistance.The results showed that SOD activity,lysozyme activity,ACP and AKP activity of the groups of adding Bdellovibrio-and-like organism were higher than that of the production group,respectively.Besides,the higher concentration of Bdellovibrio-and-like organism in the water,the stronger the SOD activity,lysozyme activity,ACP and AKP activity of abalone.The survival rate of abalone in the production group was 53% after peritoneal injection,which was lowest among all groups,while the survival rate of abalone in the groups of adding Bdellovibrio-and-like organism could reach 89%.
