摘要
高校家庭经济困难学生资助政策是党和国家实现教育公平和公共服务均等化的重要举措,也是实施科教兴国和人才强国战略的有效手段。高校学生资助工作的侧重点应从以物质保障为主的救济性资助,向以物质保障为基础,满足学生多元需求,推动学生全面发展为主的新型资助转变,使经济资助与精神激励、资助管理与资助育人、满足学生基本物质需求和提升学生个人能力相结合,并构建物质帮扶、道德浸润、能力拓展、精神激励、心理疏导、就业指导等有效融合的精准资助育人长效机制,赋能学生德智体美劳全面发展。
The financial aid policy for students from economically disadvantaged families in universities is an important measure for the Party and the state to achieve educational equity and equal public services,as well as an effective means to implement the strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talent.The focus of student financial aid work in universities should shift from relief assistance mainly based on material security to a new type of financial aid based on material security,meeting the diverse needs of students,and promoting their comprehensive development.This will combine economic aid with spiritual motivation,financial aid management with financial aid for education,meeting the basic material security of students,and enhancing their personal abilities.It will also establish a precise long-term mechanism for financial aid and education that effectively integrates material assistance,moral infiltration,ability expansion,spiritual motivation,psychological counseling,and employment guidance,empowering students'all-round development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
