摘要
基于基本心理需求理论(Basic Psychological Needs Theory, BPNT)与扎根理论,系统探讨大学生阅读素养的内涵及其培养路径。通过文献研究与专家访谈,构建包含认知互动、自我导向、社交联结的三维阅读素养模型,并提出“需求驱动-环境赋能-评价引领”的系统培养策略范式。研究指出:满足自主性、胜任感与归属感需求能有效激发内生阅读动机;资源平台建设、文化氛围营造与家校社协同构成环境支持核心要素;多元化评价与过程性反馈机制则推动阅读素养的持续发展。研究成果为高校阅读教育改革提供了理论依据与实践范式,对学习型社会构建具有参考价值。
Based on Basic Psychological Needs Theory(BPNT)and Grounded Theory,this study systematically explores the connotation of reading literacy among college students and its cultivation pathways.Through expert interviews,and literature research,a three-dimensional reading literacy model including cognitive interaction,self-direction,and social connection is constructed,and a systematic cultivation strategy paradigm of"need-driven-environment-empowered-evaluation-led"is proposed.The study points out that satisfying the needs for autonomy,competence,and relatedness can effectively stimulate intrinsic reading motivation;the construction of resource platforms,the creation of cultural atmosphere,and the collaboration of families,schools,and communities are the core elements of environmental support;diversified evaluation and process feedback mechanisms promote the continuous development of reading literacy.The research results provide a theoretical basis and practical paradigm for the reform of college reading education,and have reference value for the construction of a learning society.
