摘要
在评介"阅读疗法"理念和实践两方面建树独特的诸家及其成果的基础上,分析"文学好书"的品质,推介"两岸三地"近三十年来的"文学好书榜",阐述"文学好书"的疗愈效用,建议从培养"学龄读者"的文学阅读情意和重视发掘"文学好书"的疗愈价值两个方面推广全民阅读。
Based on a review of the main literature concerning the theory and practice of bibliotherapy,this paper analyzes the quality of the recommended books on literature.Through a briefing on the recommended literary works in Taiwan,Hong Kong and China's Mainland,the paper shows the humanistic value and psychological effect of literature reading and suggests that literature reading should be promoted by cultivating readers＇ literary sense and making efforts to explore the psychological effect of great literary works.
