摘要
在构建文化产业与旅游产业指标体系的基础上,运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型对张掖市2013—2023年文化产业与旅游产业融合发展水平及障碍因素进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)张掖市文旅综合评价指数呈波动上升态势;(2)张掖市文旅耦合协调度经历2013年轻度失调到2023年良好协调;(3)张掖市2021—2023年文旅发展障碍度总体呈下降趋势,且2022—2023年障碍因子呈现相似性。基于此,从强化政策赋能、全链融合创新、智联前沿科技以及夯实基建配套几个方面,提出张掖市文旅产业发展提升路径,助力张掖市文旅产业高质量协调发展。
Based on the construction of an index system for the cultural industry and the tourism industry,this paper uses the entropy weight method,the coupling coordination degree model,and the obstacle degree model to conduct an empirical analysis of the integrated development level and obstacle factors of the cultural industry and the tourism industry in Zhangye City from 2013 to 2023.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive evaluation index of culture and tourism in Zhangye City shows a fluctuating upward trend;(2)The coupling coordination degree of culture and tourism in Zhangye City has evolved from a slight imbalance in 2013 to a good coordination in 2023;(3)The overall obstacle degree of the development of culture and tourism in Zhangye City from 2021 to 2023 shows a downward trend,and the obstacle factors from 2022 to 2023 exhibit similarities.Based on this,from the aspects of strengthening policy empowerment,promoting full-chain integration and innovation,connecting with cutting-edge intelligent technologies,and consolidating infrastructure and supporting facilities,this paper proposes paths for the development and improvement of the culture and tourism industry,aiming to boost the high-quality and balanced development of the culture and tourism industry in Zhangye City.
