摘要
以河道清淤工程淤泥和市售2种商品育秧基质混配制作成8种不同水稻育秧伴侣基质,研究不同育秧伴侣基质对水稻秧苗素质、根系形态、干物质积累的影响,并开展根冠比、壮苗指数和综合评价指数分析,筛选出适合淮安本土化的培育适龄毯状苗的最佳淤泥与育秧基质配比。结果表明:20%淤泥+80%基质2配方能够增加水稻的成苗率、叶龄、茎基宽,促进地下部根系的生长,显著提高水稻根系的根长、根系表面积、根体积,增加水稻的根尖数,该配方下水稻的综合评价指数最高,是水稻育秧的最佳基质配方。因此,20%淤泥+80%基质2配方适合作为水稻育秧基质的推荐配方。
Using sediment from river dredging mixed with two commercially available seedling substrates,eight different companion substrates for rice seedling cultivation were created.This study investigated the effects of these companion substrates on the quality of rice seedlings,root morphology,and dry matter accumulation.Additionally,analyses of root-to-shoot ratio,robust seedling index,and comprehensive evaluation index were conducted to identify the optimal sediment and substrate ratio suitable for cultivating age-appropriate sod-type seedlings in Huaian.The results showed that the formulation of 20%sediment and 80%substrate 2 increased rice seedling rate,leaf age,and stem base width,promoted underground root growth,significantly enhanced root length,root surface area,root volume,and increased the number of root tips.Under this formulation,the comprehensive evaluation index for rice was the highest,making it the best substrate formula for rice seedling cultivation.Therefore,the 20%sediment and 80%substrate 2 formulation is recommended as an ideal seedling substrate for rice.
