精密注塑模具企业多品种少批量生产模式下的工艺优化与柔性化智能制造研究

摘要 多品种少批量生产模式下的精密注塑模具制造面临工艺复杂、柔性不足等挑战,对此,文章提出了一套基于柔性化智能制造的解决方案,依靠对工艺流程的优化和生产单元的柔性化设计提升了生产线的柔性与效率,分析了AGV(自动导引运输车)与焊接机器人和实时监控系统在模具生产中的应用。借助实践案例验证了柔性化生产线在提升响应速度与降低制造成本方面的效果,可为精密注塑模具行业的技术升级与柔性化生产提供重要参考。 Precision injection mold manufacturing under the multi variety and low batch production mode faces challenges such as complex processes and insufficient flexibility.This study proposes a solution based on flexible intelligent manufacturing to address these issues.By optimizing the process flow and designing flexible production units,the flexibility and efficiency of the production line are improved.The application of AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle),welding robots,and real-time monitoring systems in mold production is analyzed.This study verified the effectiveness of flexible production lines in improving response speed and reducing manufacturing costs through practical cases,providing important references for the technological upgrading and flexible production of the precision injection mold industry.
