工业供水系统中基于物联网技术的实时监控与优化调度

摘要 随着工业生产的迅猛发展,工业供水系统作为保障生产的关键基础设施,其运行的稳定与高效极为重要。传统工业供水系统常存在信息滞后、调度不精细等问题,难以契合工业用水动态变化的需求,既浪费水资源,又可能干扰生产连续性。对此,文章设计了基于物联网的工业供水实时监控系统,并提出了相应的优化调度策略,旨在提升工业供水系统的智能化、精准化,确保供水稳定。 With the rapid development of industrial production,the stable and efficient operation of the industrial water supply system,as a key infrastructure to ensure production,is extremely important.The traditional industrial water supply system often has problems such as information lag,imprecise scheduling,etc.,which is difficult to meet the demand of dynamic changes in industrial water use.It not only wastes water resources,but also may interfere with the continuity of production.In response to this,the article designed a real-time monitoring system for industrial water supply based on the Internet of Things and proposed corresponding optimization scheduling strategies,aiming to enhance the intelligence and precision of industrial water supply systems and ensure stable water supply.
