摘要
汽车自动合装工艺在国内外汽车工厂中的应用越来越广,导致自动合装过程失败的一个重要因素是紧固件的缺失和错放。本文提出的基于线阵相机的底盘紧固件检测系统,采用机器人加线阵相机的方案,充分利用了运动系统与视觉系统各自的优势,同时兼顾了经济性和柔性化生产线的需求,该系统在生产线上开展了工程应用,应用效果良好,最大程度降低了由于紧固件错放、漏放导致自动合装失败情况的发生。
The automatic assembly process of automobiles is more and more widely used in automobile factories at home and abroad,and an important factor leading to the failure of the automatic assembly process is the lack and misplacement of fasteners.The chassis fastener detection system based on line scan camera proposed in this paper adopts the scheme of robot plus line scan camera,makes full use of the respective advantages of motion system and vision system,and takes into account the needs of economic and fl exible production line.The system has been applied in the production line,and the application eff ect is good,which minimizes the occurrence of automatic assembly failure due to misplacement and leakage of fasteners.
