智能建造背景下土建类人才协同培养模式探究 被引量:2

摘要 在国家大力推进数字化转型,智能建造成为建筑业转型升级核心驱动力的背景下,当前职业教育土建类人才培养模式存在教学与实际脱节、实训环境脱离、校企合作不足、培养模式陈旧等问题,严重阻碍智能建造人才供给,难以满足行业发展需求。通过深入调研智能建造专业发展现状,提出多维度改进策略,包括明确培养兼具家国情怀、专业素养与综合能力的高素质应用型人才目标,重构课程教学体系并创新教学模式以达成“岗课”深度融合,结合“五金”教改完善教学资源建设和打造优质师资队伍,以及构建产业学院、组建专业群、强化产教融合、服务“一带一路”倡议等推动土建类人才协同培养升级。这些策略有助于填补智能建造人才缺口,助力我国迈向智能建造强国,推动建筑行业绿色、低碳、高效发展与产业结构性转型,为国家经济社会发展注入动力。 Under the background of digital transformation,intelligent construction becomes the driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in China,while there are still some problems existing in the talent training model for civil engineering specialty in vocational education,such as the disconnection between teaching and practice,the detachment of practical training environments,insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,and outdated cultivation models,etc.These issues seriously hinder the supply of intelligent construction talents and fail to meet the development needs of the industry.Through in-depth research on the current development status of the intelligent construction major,multi-dimensional improvement strategies are proposed,including clarifying the goal of talent training,reconstructing the curriculum teaching system and innovating teaching models to achieve deep integration of positions and courses,improving teaching resource construction and building a high-quality teaching staff,as well as promoting the collaborative cultivation of civil engineering talents by establishing industrial colleges,forming professional clusters,strengthening industry-education integration,and serving the"Belt and Road"initiative.These strategies will help fill the gap in intelligent construction talents,assist China in becoming a strong country in intelligent construction,promote the green,low-carbon and efficient development of the construction industry and the structural transformation of the industry,and inject impetus into the country's economic and social development.
