摘要
通过加热回流法合成芹菜素-钴和芹菜素-铁配合物,考察反应的pH值、温度、时间对产率的影响。对配合物进行结构表征,评价芹菜素及其配合物体外清除DPPH•自由基的活性。当pH值等于9.0,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为8 h时,芹菜素-钴配合物产率达到62.10%。当pH值等于10.0,反应温度和时间分别为60℃、4 h时,芹菜素-铁配合物最高产率是96.48%。两种配合物对自由基的清除率均随浓度增大而增强,且铁配合物抗氧化性明显大于芹菜素。
The apigenin-cobalt and apigenin-iron complexes were synthesized by the heating reflux method.The effects of pH,temperature and time on the yield were investigated.The structures of the complexes were characterized,and the scavenging activity of apigenin and its complexes on DPPH free radicals was evaluated.When pH value was 9.0,temperature was 60℃and the time was 8 h,the highest yield of apigenin-cobalt complex was 62.10%.The highest yield of apigenin-iron complex was 96.48%when pH value was 10.The temperature was 60℃and the time was 4 h.The scavenging ability of the two complexes of free radicals increased with the increase of the concentration,and the scavenging ability of apigenin-iron complexes was obviously greater than that of apigenin.
