摘要
学校教练员岗前精准培训作为退役运动员有效转型的关键举措,旨在遵循“实证—需求—培训”的逻辑,帮助退役运动员实现从“练”到“教”的实践转型。研究认为,实施岗前精准培训具有提升“教学能力”,破解“青训矛盾”,完善“赛训体系”的现实价值。搭建以专业发展对接培训目标,以证据支撑对接培训内容,以身份适应对接培训过程,以层次评价对接培训成效的理论架构。提出依托“按需施训”,优化岗前培训顶层设计;聚焦“个性施训”,关注培训主体专业发展;整合“系统施训”,搭建岗前精准培训平台的发展指向。
Pre-service precision training for school coaches,as a key initiative for the effective transformation of retired athletes,aims to help retired athletes realize the practical transformation from“practice”to‘teaching’through the process of“empirical evidenceneed-training”.The paper concludes that the implementation of pre-service precision training has the practical value of improving“teaching ability”,solving“youth training contradiction”and perfecting“race training system”.A theoretical framework is built to connect the training objectives with professional development,the training contents with evidence support,the training process with identity adaptation,and the training effectiveness with hierarchical evaluation.It is proposed to optimize the top-level design of preservice training by relying on“training according to needs”,focusing on“individuality training”and paying attention to the professional development of training subjects,and integrating“systematic training”to build a precise pre-service training platform.
