摘要
运用问卷调查法、观察法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等多种研究方法,深入探讨中国大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)教练员执教能力及其专业培训发展问题,研究结论:CUBA教练员执教能力的基本面较好,专业发展与主观认知有待提升,加强专业培训非常重要;作为CUBA教练员专业培训的最主要渠道,FUSC-NBA培训班的深层次发展问题主要涉及专业化发展与教学内容的顶层设计;CUBA教练员专业培训的内涵式发展应提倡聚焦专题,科学组合,深度培训;全面介绍篮球的科技支撑方法手段,以及立足自身,深入探讨CUBA执教之道。
Through the methods of questionnaire survey,observation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the coaching ability and professional training development of CUBA coaches.The conclusions are as follows:(1)CUBA coaches have good fundamentals of coaching ability,but the professional development and subjective awareness need to be improved,and it is very important to strengthen professional training;(2)As the most important channel for the professionoal training of CUBA coaches,the deep-level development of FUSC-NBA training courses mainly involves professional development and top-level design of teaching contents;(3)The connotative development of CUBA coaches’professional training should focus on specialized topics,scientific combination and in-depth training.This paper comprehensively introduces the scientific and technological supporting methods of basketball coaching,as well as an in-depth discussion of CUBA’s coaching methods based on Chinese basketball’s own background.
