摘要
本文运用QTrap液质联用法建立在豆制品中常见的非法添加的5种工业染料的筛查方法。实验采用ZORBAXRRMOEclipse PlusC_(18)色谱柱(3.0×100mm),流动相A为5mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵+0.1%甲酸水溶液,流动相B为乙腈溶液,流速为0.3mL/min,色谱柱温度为40℃,进样量为5μL,离子源为电喷雾正离子(ESI+),考察QuEChERS、MCX和HLB固相萃取法方法的提取效率。随机购买10种豆制品,运用建立的方法对豆制品中是否含5种工业染料进行检测。实验结果显示在这10种检材中均未检出。该方法操作方便快捷、定性准确,可为打击食品安全犯罪、保障群众食品安全提供技术支持。
This article uses QTrap liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to establish a screening method for five common illegally added industrial dyes in soy products.ZORBAX RRMO Eclipse Plus C_(18) chromatographic column(3.0×100 mm)was used in the experiment.Mobile phase A was 5 mmol·L^(-1) ammonium acetate+0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and mobile phase B was acetonitrile solution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the chromatographic column temperature was 40℃,the injection amount was 5μL,and the ion source was electric spray positive ion(ESI+).With 5 industrial dyes,which includes Disperse Orange 1,Disperse Orange 3,Disperse Orange 11,Sudan Yellow,and Alkaline Orange 21,the extraction efficiency of QuEChERS,MCX and HLB solid phase extraction was investigated.10 types of soy products were randomly bought and the established method was used to detect whether they contain 5 industrial dyes.The experimental results show that none of these 10 test materials were detected.This method is convenient,fast,and accurate in qualitative analysis,providing technical support for cracking down on food safety crimes and ensuring food safety for the public.
