摘要
为制备高效、稳定的甲脒(FA)-铯(Cs)钙钛矿太阳能电池,研究Cs含量对钙钛矿薄膜特性的影响具有重要意义。本研究通过调控前驱体溶液中FA源和Cs源的添加量,制备了3种FA/Cs摩尔比例(0.90∶0.10、0.85∶0.15、0.80∶0.20)的钙钛矿薄膜,即Cs_(0.10)FA_(0.90)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3)、Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3)和Cs_(0.20)FA_(0.80)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3),采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、时间分辨荧光光谱(TRPL)等表征手段,分析了Cs含量对钙钛矿薄膜特性的影响。结果表明,增加Cs含量有助于促进晶粒生长,并且对钙钛矿薄膜的结晶特性有显著影响。相比之下,在Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3)的前驱体中,PbI_(2)能够更充分地转化为钙钛矿,薄膜中的晶粒更倾向于沿(100)晶面生长;同时,由于结晶性的改善,膜内缺陷减少,Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3)钙钛矿薄膜的载流子寿命最长。然而,由于晶界处PbI_(2)不足,Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3)钙钛矿薄膜的环境稳定性有待提高。
To realize efficient and stable formamidinium(FA)-caesium(Cs)perovskite solar cells,it has significant importance to study the effect of Cs content on the properties of perovskite films.In this study,by tuning the molar ratio between FA source and Cs source in perovskite precursor solution,three perovskite films with different FA/Cs molar ratios(0.90∶0.10,0.85∶0.15,0.80∶0.20)were fabricated,namely Cs0.10FA_(0.90)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3),Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3),and Cs_(0.20)FA_(0.80)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3).The obtained perovskite films were subjected to multiple measurements,including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL),and then the effect of Cs content on the properties of perovskife films was analyzed.The results showed that the increasing of Cs content could promote the growth of grains in the perovskite films,and had significant influence on the crystallinity of perovskite films.In comparison,in the precursor solution of Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3),the PbI_(2) in precursor could be transferred to perovskite more sufficiently,and grains in perovskite films were more inclined to be(100)-oriented;Meanwhile,owing to the improved crystallinity and thereby the reduced bulk defect density,the Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3) perovskite films exhibited longest charge carrier lifetime.However,the environmental stability of Cs_(0.15)FA_(0.85)Pb(I_(0.95)Br_(0.05))_(3) perovskite films needs to be strengthened,which is because of the insufficient PbI_(2) at grain boundaries.
