摘要
无铅卤化物双钙钛矿相较于传统的铅基钙钛矿,不仅具备优异的稳定性和环境友好性,还展现出卓越的光电性能,因此被认为是发光材料领域最具潜力替代铅基钙钛矿的候选材料。本研究采用一种高效、低成本且易操作的湿化学法,成功制备了卤化物双钙钛矿Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6)晶体。本方法克服了溶剂热法产量低以及高温固相法能耗高、时间长的缺点,显著提高了合成效率和产量。在此基础上,进一步研究了Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6)晶体的稳定性。结果表明,此材料在空气中保存120 d后,晶体结构仍未发生明显变化。此材料经过乙醇、丙酮、环己烷以及甲苯等溶剂浸泡处理后,X射线衍射光谱(XRD)检测结果与初始样品基本一致,表明此材料具有良好的空气稳定性和溶剂稳定性。
Compared with traditional lead-based perovskites,lead-free halide double perovskites not only have excellent stability and environmental friendliness,but also exhibit outstanding optoelectronic properties.Therefore,they are considered the most promising candidate materials to replace lead-based perovskites in the field of luminescent materials.In this study,the halide double perovskite Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6)were successfully synthesized using an efficient,low-cost,and easy-to-operate wet-chemical method.This method overcame the limitations of solvothermal method,such as low yield,and the drawbacks of high-temperature solid-state method,including high energy consumption and long processing time,significantly improving the synthesis efficiency and yield.Furthermore,the stability of Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6)crystals was investigated.The results showed that the crystal structure of the material did not undergo significant changes after being stored in air for 120 d.After being soaked in solvents such as ethanol,acetone,cyclohexane and toluene,the X-ray diffraction spectrum(XRD)detection results of this material were basically consistent with the initial sample,indicating that this material has good air stability and solvent stability.
