摘要
以MXenes为基质,用3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(G)和赖氨酸(L)对其表面进行官能团修饰和改性,得到赖氨酸功能化的MXene复合吸附剂。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征手段对复合吸附剂结构及组成进行分析。在对废水中重金属离子的吸附反应中,改性后的MXene复合吸附剂表现出高效的吸附活性。对于100 mL 200 mg/L的Pb(Ⅱ)溶液,在pH值为6,吸附时间为2.5 h,吸附温度为35℃,吸附剂质量为5 mg时,Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附容量可达325 mg/g,而且复合吸附剂可重复使用4次。
A series of lysine/MXene composite adsorbents were fabricated by successively modifying MXenes with 3-glycidyle the roxypropyltrime thoxypropylsilane(G)and lysine(L).The structure and composition of the resultant adsorbents were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The optimized composite adsorbent showed high adsorption activity in the adsorption of heavy metal ions from wastewater.For a 100 mL Pb(Ⅱ)solution(200 mg/L)under conditions of pH 6,adsorption time 2.5 h,temperature 35℃,and adsorbent mass 5 mg,the Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption capacity reached 325 mg/g.Moreover,the composite adsorbent could be reused for 4 times without significant loss of adsorption capacity.
