摘要
山桐子主要含有脂肪酸类、萜类、黄酮类及多酚类等多种类型的化合物,具有抗氧化、降脂及抗炎等多种药理作用。本综述基于国内外研究,对山桐子的化学成分、药理作用进行充分归纳总结,并对山桐子作为药用的质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行预测分析。初步预测亚油酸、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、维生素E、β-谷甾醇、角鲨烯等有作为山桐子药用质量标志物的潜力,可为更好地开发和利用山桐子提供参考。
Idesia polycarpa primarily contains various types of chemical compounds,including fatty acids,terpenoids,flavonoids,and polyphenols,and exhibits multiple pharmacological effects such as antioxidant,lipid-lowering,and anti-inflammatory activities.Based on domestic and international research,this review summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Idesia polycarpa,and provides a predictive analysis of its potential quality markers(Q-Markers)for medicinal use.Preliminary predictions suggest that linoleic acid,vitamin E,β-sitosterol,squalene,and others have the potential to serve as quality markers for the medicinal use of Idesia polycarpa,which may provide references for its further development and utilization.
