摘要
积雪草作为我国常用的药食同源中药,有清热利湿、解毒消肿等功效。积雪草化学成分丰富,主要包括三萜类、多炔烯类、挥发油、黄酮类等,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁等药理作用。基于中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)的概念,对积雪草化学成分、药理作用总结的基础上,从化学成分生源途径、药性、功效、化学成分可测性、网络药理学对积雪草质量标志物进行预测分析。预测积雪草苷、积雪草酸、羟基积雪草苷、羟基积雪草酸、芦丁、山柰酚、绿原酸、新绿原酸、异绿原酸A、积雪草苷B、槲皮素、积雪草皂苷A等成分作为积雪草质量标志物备选化合物,为明确积雪草Q-marker和质量控制提供参考依据。
Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)is a commonly used medicine and food homologous traditional Chinese medicine in China,which has the effects of clearing heat and removing dampness,detoxification and detumescence.Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)is rich in chemical components,mainly including triterpenoids,polyacetylenes,volatile oils,flavonoids,etc.It has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-depression and other pharmacological effects.Based on the concept of quality marker(Q-marker)of traditional Chinese medicine,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)were summarized.The Q-marker of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba)were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition,traditional medicinal properties,traditional efficacy and chemical composition measurability.The components of asiaticoside,asiatic acid,madecassoside,madecassic acid,rutin,kaempferol,chlorogenic acid,neochlorogenic acid,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,asiaticoside B,quercetin and asiaticoside A were predicted as candidate compounds for quality markers of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba).It provides a reference for clarifying Q-marker and quality control of Jixuecao(Centellae Herba).
