摘要
目的:探讨不同标本DNA检测对疑似巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染婴儿的检测效能。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月吉安市妇幼保健院收治的疑似CMV感染婴儿共100例为研究对象,收集患儿乙二胺四乙酸抗凝的血液、尿液、痰液标本,应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法行CMV-DNA检测,对比不同标本检测的阳性率、CMV-DNA检测阳性率,并对比不同标本CMV-DNA检测阳性的病毒载量。结果:疑似CMV感染的100例患儿中,不同标本的阳性率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中尿液、痰液标本CMV-DNA阳性率高于血液标本,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液、尿液和痰液标本CMV-DNA检测阳性的病毒载量对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),痰液CMV-DNA检测阳性的病毒载量高于血液和尿液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尿液CMV-DNA检测阳性的病毒载量高于血液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴儿痰液CMV-DNA检测对CMV感染具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of DNA testing in different specimens for infants with suspected cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection.Method:A total of 100 cases of suspected CMV-infected infants admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ji'an from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid-anticoagulated blood,urine and sputum samples were collected from the infants,and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction method was applied to perform CMV-DNA detection,the positive rates of different specimens,the positive rates of CMV-DNA detection and the viral loads of different specimens with positive CMV-DNA detection were compared.Result:Among the 100 children with suspected of CMV infection,there was a statistically significant difference in the positive rate of different specimens(P<0.05);and the positive rate of CMV-DNA in urine and sputum specimens were higher than that in blood specimens,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the viral load of positive CMV-DNA tests in blood,urine and sputum samples(P<0.05);the viral load of positive CMV-DNA tests in sputum was higher than those in blood and urine,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the viral load of positive CMV-DNA tests in urine was higher than that in blood,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infant sputum CMV-DNA test has high diagnostic value for CMV infection.
