摘要
探究痰液细菌培养和涂片镜检在微生物检验中的应用价值。研究对象为2022年6月—2024年6月于广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院开展微生物检验的100例标本提供者,对以上研究对象均进行痰液细菌培养以及涂片镜检,分析涂片镜检的合格率,以及其与痰液细菌培养的阳性符合率。研究结果显示,涂片镜检不合格率为13.00%,合格率为87.00%,其中A级44.00%、B级43.00%。涂片镜检中,A级检出致病菌情况均高于B级以及C级(χ^(2)=16.920,P<0.001;χ^(2)=60.582,P<0.001;P均<0.05)阳性符合率方面,痰液标本为86.36%。研究发现,将痰液细菌培养和涂片镜检灵活应用于微生物检验的效果较为理想,涂片镜检可作为预测报告来满足临床初步诊断。同时,两种检验方案可相互补充,提高临床诊断结果的可靠性。
This study aims to explore the application value of sputum bacterial culture and smear microscopy in microbiological examination.A total of 100 specimen providers who underwent microbiological examination at Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024 were enrolled.Sputum bacterial culture and smear micros-copy were performed for all subjects to analyze the qualification rate of smear microscopy and its positive coincidence rate with sputum bacterial culture.Results showed that:The unqualified rate of smear microscopy was 13.00%,with a qualification rate of 87.00%,including 44.00%grade A and 43.00%grade B.The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in grade A smear microscopy was significantly higher than that in grade B(χ^(2)=16.920,P<0.001)and grade C(χ^(2)=60.582,P<0.001;all P<0.05).The positive coincidence rate of sputum specimens was 86.36%.The flexible application of sputum bacterial culture and smear microscopy in microbiological examination yields ideal results.Smear microscopy can serve as a predictive report for clinical preliminary diagnosis,and the two examination methods complement each other to improve the reliability of clinical diagnostic outcomes.
