摘要
目的探讨一、二、三级公立医院药学技术人员对继续教育培训的感知及需求情况的异同点,为进一步提高培训质量提供参考。方法对陕西省31家公立医院药学技术人员进行人力资源问卷调查及药学专业知识测试,比较不同等级的药学技术人员对现有培训效果、自身知识水平、参加培训意愿度、期望接受培训的内容和组织形式等方面的异同。结果对当前培训感知情况为,一级医院药学技术人员满足现状、参与积极性不高,二级医院期望与实际落差较大,三级医院实用性和挑战性过低。相应地,就培训需求而言,一级医院药学技术人员需要更加直观且有趣味性的形式,二级医院需要提升专科能力,三级医院需要全方位发展的机会。结论开展药学继续教育应重视不同级别医院的不同需求,采取有针对性的培训策略。
Objective To analyze the similarities and differences of the perception and needs on continuing educational training among pharmaceutical personnel from different levels of public hospitals.Methods A workforce survey and a knowledge testing on pharmacy were conducted among pharmaceutical personnel in 31 public hospitals in Shaanxi province.Their perception on the current training and personal professional knowledge,willingness to attend more training,as well as needs of training content and mode were analyzed.Results The current training met the needs of pharmaceutical personnel in the primary public hospitals,was below the expectation of those in the secondary public hospitals,and was neither practical nor challenging for those in the tertiary public hospitals.Simultaneously,direct and interesting pharmaceutical continue educational training was needed in primary public hospitals,specialized training was needed in the secondary public hospitals and comprehensive training was needed in tertiary public hospitals.Conclusion To realize the different functions of the three levels of public hospitals,distinct strategies should be adopted to future pharmaceutical continuing educational training in consideration of their diverse needs.
